She was predeceased by: her parents, L. M. Batts and Dorothy Batts; her husband James Webb; and her brothers, Wayne Batts, Donnie Batts and Letcher Ray Batts.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Jay Webb (Deborah) of Barlow, KY and Cynthia Ann Shankle (Scott) of Barlow, KY; her grandchildren, Megan Cook, Haley Ann Gustavison, Lydia Donnigan and Nathan Webb; and her sisters, Jane Polivick (Jimmy) of Wickliffe, KY, Linda Kerley (Mike) of Wickliffe, KY, Rita Renfrow (Jerry) of Barlow, KY, Nita Hodge of Cadiz, KY, Glenda Batts of Barlow, KY and Vianne Menser of Bandana, KY.. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
