Sue Ledbetter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sue Ledbetter of Bardwell, Kentucky, who passed away on July 24, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Sue departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Sue may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sue leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David R. Dycus and Verda Johnson Dycus; her husband Norman Ledbetter; her son Steve Marshall Walker; and her siblings, Vivian Bishop, Carmen Lane and David Dycus.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, David Walker and Shawna Walker Dowdy (Kevin); and her siblings, Jean Mathis of Melber, KY, Gladys Lambert of St. Louis, MO and Kenneth Dycus of Bardwell, KY. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; eleven nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews.
