He was predeceased by: his parents, William Russell and Shirley Jean Jones Turnbow; his son William Turnbow; and his brother Michael Dale Turnbow. He is survived by: his wife Heather Courtney Turnbow; his children, Maranda Turnbow of Bardwell, Nick Carson of Bardwell and Brady Carson of Bardwell; his siblings, Shawn Marie Mead (Michael) of Paducah, Roger Dale Turnbow of Water Valley and Douglas Nathan Turnbow (Diane) of Paducah; and his grandson Jaxon Draughn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
