She is survived by: her children, Judy Franklin (Jack) of Bardwell, Jennifer Polivick of Bardwell, Gayla Dickerson (John) of Paducah, David Polivick (Ruth) of Missouri and Dewayne Polivick (Lisa) of Murray, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Sarah Polivick, Elyshia Staples (Keith), Jackie Franklin, Crystal Lawson (Gerren), Jeremy Polivick, Aaron Polivick and Matthew Daunis; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Kailee, Jackson, Maverick and Amelia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
