She is survived by: her daughters, Elyshia Staples (Keith) of Paducah and Jackie Franklin of Wickliffe; her siblings, Jennifer Polivick of Bardwell, David Polivick (Ruth) of Missouri and Dewayne Polivick (Lisa) of Murray, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Kailee Hill and Jackson Franklin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
