He is survived by: his wife Ann Johnson Turner of Arlington, KY; his children, Cindy Cannon (Charlie) of Arlington, KY and Ken Turner (Lisa) of Greenfield, TN; his sister Bertha Davis (Charles) of Clinton, KY; his grandchildren, Amanda Warren (Darren), Steven Turner, Thomas Turner, Erica Ramsdell and Jenna Cannon; his mother-in-law Orene Johnson of Arlington, KY; and his sister-in-law Ryhuna Logsdon (Larry) of Fairdealing, KY. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
