She is survived by: her sister Mary Jean Lummis of Paducah, Kentucky; her daughter-in-law Tina Yates Phelan (Cooper) of Collierville, Tennessee; her granddaughter Christin Yates of Memphis, Tennessee; her stepgrandchildren, Tina Phelan Bell (Jason) of Lakeland, Tennessee and Kevin Phelan (Christine) of Germantown, Tennessee.; her niece Jennifer Travis (Ronny) of Paducah, Kentucky; her nephews, David Lummis (Csaba) of Paducah, Kentucky and Henry Maxwell Lummis IV (Connie) of Bonita Springs, Florida.; and also Christin.
