She is survived by: her children, Dana Polivick (Bradley) of Bardwell, Denver Blake Carter of Paducah and Charles Carter of Milburn; her siblings, Phyllis Jean Hughes of Knoxville, Brenda Watson of Bardwell and Joe Hudgens (Jane) of Bardwell; her grandchildren, Kendra Hayden (Andy), Kirstin Futrell (Chance), Nicole Sonnek (Dylan), Kayla Stephens, Chase Stephens, Spencer Polivick (Bryce), Justin Polivick (Millicent) and Karen Polivick (Jon); and her great grandchildren, Payton, Parker Hayden, Nolan, Nadalyn Futrell, Kylar Scott, Adalynne, Baker Sonnek, Izabella, Rory Jo Fuller, Declan, Kipton Stephens, Kolton, Ellison Polivick, Vincent Polivick and Jaxon Wissinger.
