She was predeceased by: her parents, Burnett Lee and Edrie White Turner; her husband Homer Loyd Ballard; and her siblings, Ruth Faye Stanifield, Patricia Dean Cissell, Rosa Lee Kennemore, Carolyn Sue Paschall, Terrell B. Turner and Harold Junior Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Johney Loyd Ballard (Betsy) of Kirbyton and Jennifer Leigh Blakemore of Paducah; her siblings, Donna Jean Lovett of Sherman, Texas, Barbara Ann Barnhill of Symsonia, KY, William Raye Turner of Paducah, Kenneth Wayne Turner of Mayfield, Jerry Dale Turner of Milburn and J. W. Turner of Wingo; and her grandchildren, Charles Matthew Ballard (Tristan) of Kirbyton, Justin Isac Ballard (Danielle) of Smithland, Keristen Leigh Ann Patterson of Kirbyton and Devin Maurice Blakemore of Paducah. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
