He was predeceased by: his son Ricky Prince; his brothers, Billie Welton Prince, Curtis Lee Prince and Ronald Gene Prince; and his parents, Charlie Gilbert and Mabel Lee Kirby Prince.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Prince of Bardwell; his daughter Kate Prince of Paducah; and his grandsons, Alex Prince of Bardwell and Seth Prince of Murray.
