He was predeceased by: his brother Nicky Woods; his grandparents, Elwood, Idell Morgan, Norman Pete and Mary Woods; his stepfather Dean Reynolds; his uncle Woodie Morgan; and his cousins, Kameron Morgan, Tyler Morgan and Charlie Santagado.
He is survived by: his parents, Allen Woods of Bardwell, KY and Carolyn Reynolds (John) of Camden, TN.; his former wife Sharon Woods of LaCenter, KY; his children, Mason Woods of LaCenter, KY and Morgan Woods of LaCenter, KY; and his granddaughter Maliyah Woods of LaCenter, KY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
