He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Martinie and Alice McGary Martinie Hill; his former wife Nelleta Price Martinie; his stepdaughter Lisa Morgan Babb; and his sisters, Breta Jeffries, Theta Nicholson and Jean Hutchinson.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Sue Hogancamp Martinie; and his stepdaughter Cynthia Morgan O'Neill of Paducah. He is also survived by three grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
