He is survived by: his wife Notasha "Ballie" Wells of Bardstown; his children, Rhonda Curry (Michael Sr.) of Chicago, Arlene Wells of Chicago, Darlene Wells of Chicago, Tina Allen of Lexington, Mitzi Brown (Brian) of Glasgow, Sherry Rogers of Bardstown, Joyce Allen (Shon) of Bardstown, Vonzel Allen (Yvonee) of Lexington and Dennis Allen (Toya) of Bardstown; his stepchildren, Danyell Conner of Bardstown, DeVonte DeShon Conner of Bardstown, Jaylin Marquse Conner of Bardstown and Essence NaShaye Conner of Bardstown; and his siblings, Tony Wells of Bardstown, Danny Wells (Patricia) of Louisville, Glenn Wells of Bloomfield, Dorothy Mae Gilbert of Bardstown, Linda McMakin (Kenny) of Bardstown, Doretta Lydian (Phillip) of Bardstown and Sandra Lee of Bardstown. He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
