She is survived by: her husband Donald Summitt of Bardstown; her brother Mike Porter (Heather) of Washington; her nephews, Cody Porter, Brandon Behrendt, Michael Porter (Miranda) and Joseph Porter; her niece Amber Porter; her aunt Joy Lopp; her uncle Fred Radabaugh; her cousin Scott; her grandchildren, Brian Radabaugh and Erin Radabaugh; her mother-in-law Marilyn Valerie Hill Summitt of Bardstown; and her sisters-in-law, Julie Marie Wagoner (Chris) of Bardstown and Kristen Michelle Lamont (Nevada) of Grandbury, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
