She was predeceased by: her parents, Gayle "Nana" Benkert and Stephen Paul Ashbaugh; and her pet Peanut. She is survived by: her siblings, Brian Ashbaugh (Melissa) and Stephanie Tingle (Ernie); her niece Codi Tingle; her nephew Michael Miller; and her close friend Traci Marsh.
