He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Leo; and his siblings, Joseph Leo "Sonny" Jr., Jerry, Donnie, Billy, Jimmy, Mike, Harold Wathen, Carolyn Ballard and Flo Hobbs.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lois Ballard of Bardstown, Maggie Deviney (Joe) and Martha Bickett of Bardstown. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
