It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Leland Lutes of Bardstown, Kentucky, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Ernest and Agnes Leora Delaney Lutes; and his siblings, Mary Imogene Lutes, Charles Lloyd Lutes and Francis Harry Lutes.

He is survived by: his nephew Charles Lutes (Agnes) of Virginia; his great-nephew Andrew Lutes (Lauren) of Virginia; and his great-niece Erin Van Kirk (Grant) of Texas. He is also survived by 5 great grandnieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to St. Joseph Church or Xavier Society for the Blind.
