She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Puckett and Eva Puckett; her husband Leslie Goff; her son Wendell Goff; her son-in-law Danny Shewmaker; and her siblings, Harold Puckett, Owen Puckett, Donald Puckett, Winona Puckett, Mildred Spencer and Gay Skaggs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Shewmaker and Cheryl McMaster (David); her sister Nadine Dotts (Bob); and her grandchildren, Kim VanMeter, Kelly Downs, Jesse Goff, Lauren Bass, Leslie Bryan and Logan Bryan. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
