He is survived by: his son Roy Lee Caddell, Jr. of Bardstown; his sisters, Julia Mae Price (Donald) of Bloomfield, Candice Cheryl Caddell of Florida and Elizabeth Caddell of Springfield; his niece Abbey Jane Ballard; and his nephew Donald Eugene Price, Jr..
