He is survived by: his wife Dianna Lewis Chisam; his stepdaughters, Jessica Phillips of Orlando, FL. and Brittany Herring of Sacramento, CA.; and his siblings, Linda Adams of Bardstown, Elizabeth Ann Thompson (Todd) of Bardstown, Judy Kyle of Louisville, Patty Hughes of Louisville, Shannon Day (Jackie) of Bardstown and Mike King (Cheryl). He is also survived by 6 step grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
