He was predeceased by: his father Robert Earl Allen; his brother Joseph Butch Hartlage; his grandparents, Reed and Cora Allen; and his niece Valerie Hindman.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Allen of Bardstown; his siblings, Tabitha Allen, Kelly Thomas (Louisville), Adria Lake Metcalfe, Sara and Phyllis Campbell (Lebanon Junction); and his nieces and nephews, Linda Rogers, Megan Allen, Jamie Thomas and Thomas Wayne "Junior" Biggers.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
