Richard left this world on November 3, 2024 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his sons, Christopher Lance Ballard and Matthew Brian Ballard; and his parents, Tom Ballard and Mary Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ballard; his daughter Ashley Ballard (Bradley Eastland); his grandchildren, Waylon Myles, Hunter Ballard and Savannah Ballard; and his brothers, Tommy Ballard, Billy Ballard, Carl Ballard, Chucky Ballard and Ron Perrin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Bardstown Baptist Church (101 W Brashear Ave, Bardstown, KY 40004).
