He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Marlene Gaines Rogers; his son Randy Allen Rogers; his parents, Ralph Allen Rogers Sr. and Betty Maxine Rogers; and his siblings, Vicky Rogers Bailey and Robert Wayne Rogers.

He is survived by: his daughters, Tabetha Duvall (Andrew) of Louisville and Smiley Stevens (Keith) of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Jamie Stevens, Shayla Alvey, Elisha Rogers (Nathaniel), Skylar Stevens, Sabrina Oneal (Kyle) and Hannah Duvall (Jared Geary); his great grandchildren, MaKenna Stevens, Layla Stevens, Berkleigh Stevens, Karson Jeffires, Kolton Jeffires and Cooper Oneal; and his sister Diane Rummage (Joe). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
