He is survived by: his wife Flaget Simms Montgomery Nally of Bardstown; his children, Sara Goodman (Jim) of Mont Clair, Philip Lawrence Nally Jr. of Lexington, James Richard Montgomery Nally III of Denver, Thomas Matthew Nally (Sally) of Louisville and Flaget Simms Dube (Joe); and his sisters, Yiti Bootes and Judy McIntyre (Jim). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandson.
