He is survived by: his children, Donna Nazario of Hodgenville, Stacey Cox of Bardstown and Jeffrey Cundiff of Elizabethtown; and his siblings, Donnie Cundiff of Elizabethtown, Leo Cundiff of Bardstown, Catherine McCullum of Bardstown, Louise Simpson of Bardstown, Martha Mattingly of Bardstown, Elizabeth Ann Cundiff of St. Francis and Shirley Norris of Holy Cross. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
