It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Mattingly (Bardstown, Kentucky), who passed away on March 4, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Culver and Nancy Rogers Culver; and her sister Carolyn Harned. She is survived by: her husband James Ray Mattingly of Bardstown; her daughter Anita Lynn Mattingly of Louisville; and her siblings, Victor Culver (Jane), John Culver, Joe Culver (Georgann) and Nadine Smith (Tiny) of Bardstown. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
