It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Hendrix Sonne (Bardstown, Kentucky), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John J. Sonne and Angela Rawles Sonne; and his son Lorne Patrick Ballard. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Peavler Sonne; his children, Nathan Lee Ballard III (Sarah) and Felicia Newton; his brothers, Ronnie Sonne (Pam) and Dr. John R. Sonne; and his grandchildren, Natalee, Shelby and John Wayne.

Memorial contributions may be given to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
