He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Diane Leather Lewis, Bradley Lewis and Willie Smith; his great-grandparents, Cecil, Nadine Leathers, Widmer, Ruby Harmon, Roy and Mae Lewis; and his great-grandaunt Bea Crosier.
He is survived by: his parents, Angela Smith and Jay Smith of Bardstown; his children, Desmin Smith, Lydia Smith and Emma Smith; his siblings, Brooke Smith Burns (Caleb), Robert Smith and Matthew Smith (Cheyenne); his grandchildren, Patsy Smith, Joshua and Lindsey McCutcheon; and his close friends, Steve Sublet, Niko, Jamie, Alex Strong, Isaac Spratt and Erik Langdon. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
