He was predeceased by: his daughter Sarah Lee Kidwell; his parents, Stanley Kidwell and Myrtle Kidwell; and his sisters, Kitty Huffman, Louise Struck and Doris Putnam.
He is survived by: his wife Reba Kidwell of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Morgan Keeling, Wyatt Wheatley, Wes Wheatley, Ryan Coomer and Tori Hutchins; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Levi; and his sisters, Agnes Wright of Louisville and Rebecca Watts (Frank) of Mt. Washington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may go to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
