She is survived by: her sons, Richard Leo Hellard Jr. of Bardstown and Ronnie Hellard (Anna Marie) of Bardstown; her sisters, Donna Smith (Bill) of Louisville, Carolyn Noble of Louisville and Emily Taylor of Lexington; her grandchildren, Zachary, Daniel, Kayleigh, Leo, Lilliana, Shawna, Brittany and BJ; her great grandchildren, Mitchell, Sailor, Jacob and Kai'dence; and her great great grandchild Kennedy.
