She was predeceased by: her husband Ray D. Beam; her sons, Ray Anthony Beam and James Beam; and her parents, Daniel Truax and Grace Truax.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Filiatreau (Sam), Charlotte Ray Beeler (Carl), Mary Ellen Justus (Tom), Mike Beam (Dixie) of Arizona, Jean Elizabeth, George Edward Beam (Pat) and Ruthie Weakley; and her nieces and nephews, Selena Greenwell, Juanita Roby, Bryan Willis and Arlan "Bud" Hobbs. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; thirty-one great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
