She is survived by: her husband Charles Jack Ballard; her children, Neal Ballard (Corey) of Cox's Creek and Gail Hall (David "Cricket") of Bardstown; her grandchildren, Jackie Anne Crigler (Steven), Jacob Hall (Katie), Megan Bolen (Chris) and Dr. April Ballard; her great grandchildren, Michael, Rayna, Charlie Crigler, Nora, Benjamin Hall, Devin Wilkerson, Ryan Ballard, Kendal, Kylie and Keith Bolen; and her siblings, Pat Clark of Bardstown, Linda Edelen (Ed) of Bardstown and Carl Boblitt of Las Vegas, Nevada..
