He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bernadette Hagan, Alfred and Grace Shain. He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Shain and Tammy Shain of Bardstown; his half-siblings, Tara Ennis (Jody) of Harrodsburg, Michael Shain (Bethany) of Bardstown and Amber Shain of Bardstown; and his aunts and uncles, Sue Gibson (Randall), Phyllis Thompson (Steve), Devin Hagan (Bridget) and Derrick Hagan (Tia). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
