She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Bernard Coomes and Hilda Coomes; and her sister Terri Coomes. She is survived by: her husband Jim Fitzpatrick of Bardstown; her sons, James Daniel Fitzpatrick (Theresa) of Kansas City, MO, Michael Boone Fitzpatrick (Cindy) of Lakeland, FL and Stephen Neal Fitzpatrick (Michele) of Casselberry, FL; her grandchildren, Shannon Rae Fitzpatrick, Lacey Grace Fitzpatrick, Sarah Michelle Fitzpatrick, Andrew James Fitzpatrick, Kara Anne Fitzpatrick and Stephen C. Fitzpatrick; her stepgrandchildren, Hampton Karr and Brandi Karr; and her siblings, Jula Morrison, Julian Bernard "Buddy" Coomes, Margaret Johnson, Vickie Ritchie and Cindy Tinnell.
