She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Payton and Hazel Payton; her son Jimmy Ice; and her siblings, Diane Payton Sorrell, Keith Payton and Larry Payton.
She is survived by: her husband James Curtsinger of Radcliff; her children, Todd Bowman (Anna) of Bardstown, Missy Jackson (Rance) of Bloomfield, Martha Jane Daughtery of Shepherdsville and George Ice of Bullitt County; her siblings, Charles Payton (Erika) of Eastern Kentucky, Pam Hill of Bardstown, Ricky Payton (Vicky) of Bardstown and Tracy Dean Cox (Tammy) of Bardstown; and her stepbrother Scott Cox (Deanna) of Louisville. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barlow Funeral Home (2675 E John Rowan Blvd, Bardstown, KY 40004). The inurnment was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bardstown Cemetery.
