He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse E. Vannatta and Mary Rice (Mygrant). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Vannatta; his children, Kristopher Lane Vannatta (Carolyn) and Amy D. Vannatta (Andrew Paul); his grandchildren, Brooke Vannatta, Alex McMahan, Luke Vannatta, Nickolas Vannatta, Michael Vannatta and Kal-El Turner; and his siblings, Tia Vannatta, Alan Vannatta (Maureen) and Jeffrey Vannatta (Dora). He is also survived by several nieces and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
