She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles, Alice Miller, Marvin and Nancy Eblen. She is survived by: her husband Jason Mattingly; her children, Ethan Bartley, Parker Mattingly and Alexis Masterson; her parents, Ebb Eblen of Bardstown and Kathy Eblen of Bardstown; her sisters, Terri McCarty (Jason) of Lebanon and Ginni Bolin (Ricky) of Louisville; and her pets, Bruce and Cali. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
