She was predeceased by: her husband James Polleys; and her parents, Gernie Caudill and Opal Caudill (Hall). She is survived by: her children, Dale Baxter (Jenny), Chris Polleys (Verity) and Jody Robinson (George); her grandchildren, Aleah Mellin-Lane (Corey), Amiah Mellin, Georgie Robinson, Christopher Polleys, Johnathon Polleys, Caprina Price (Jason) and Maranda Thompson (Cody); and her siblings, Robert Caudill (Wanda), Joan Downs and Annette Murphy (Sonny). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
