It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Marie Blair of Bardstown, Kentucky, born in New Albany, Indiana, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Forrest and Josephine Marie Francis; her husband Edgar Blair; and her brother Harley Forrest Francis, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry-Lynn Stromsoe (Stein) of Manchester and Rebecca Carroll of Bardstown; and her grandchildren, Gene Edward Blair, Jr., Stina Marie Stromsoe and Skylor Eric Stromsoe.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Nelson County Animal Shelter.
