He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Beam and Sarah Frances "Frankie" Clark Beam; and his siblings, Mary Jane Pendleton, Walter Beam and David Beam.
He is survived by: his wife Margie Sims Beam; his siblings, Sara Ann Culver of New Haven and Don Beam (Liz) of Louisville; and his siblings-in-law, Jake Krill of Louisville, Carolyn Beam of Louisville, Mary Lorene Ballard of Louisville, Kathleen Hagan of Louisville, Anita Beam of Bardstown and Rosemary Edlin of Loretto. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A prayer was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1475 New Shepherdsville Rd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Basilica of Saint Joseph Proto-Cathedral (310 W Stephen Foster Ave, Bardstown, KY 40004).
