It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joseph David Higdon Jr. of Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on December 4, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Eugene Powell; and his pet Barney. He is survived by: his children, Joseph David Higdon III (Kim), James Raymond Higdon (Lisa Smith) and Tonja Lea Bischoff (Tommy); and his great grandchildren, Wrenley June and Elowynn Ruth Bowden. He is also survived by oldest of ten children, and he is survived by six brothers, three sisters.

In his memory, donations may be made to Arbor Day Foundation.
