It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Irvin Goode Jr. of Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Barbara Martinez. He is survived by: his parents, John Irvin and Mary Frances Lewis Goode, Sr. of Taylorsville; his siblings, Phyllis Jan "PJ" Briney (Derek) of Louisville and Charles Gregory "Chuck" Goode (Lori) of Bardstown; and his nieces and nephews, Joanne Lemieux, Rebecca Johnson (Corey), Kaitlin Briney, Kristen Briney, Shane Goode, Kaden Briney and Angel Martinez.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sisters.
The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the National Kidney Foundation.
