He is survived by: his wife Kathy Grubbs of Bardstown; his daughters, Alisa Leos (Manuel) of Shepherdsville and Amanda Filiatreau (Nicholas) of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Briana Leos, Mya Leos and Silas Filiatreau; his great grandchildren, Kayden Leos and Kalani Leos; and his brother Ricky Grubbs.
