He was predeceased by: his parents, Briscoe Brady and Catherine Brady; his sons, Jeffrey Brady and James H. Brady Jr.; and his siblings, Henry Everett Brady, Donnie Brady and Ella Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Brady of Bardstown; his children, Melissa Barnett of Bardstown and Justin Willett (Chasity) of Bardstown; his grandchildren, Aaron, Jimmy, Byron, Schuyler, Brody and Kinsley; his great grandchildren, Adayiah and Abram; his brothers, Prentice Brady of Springfield, Stanley Brady (Judy) of Bardstown and Teddy Joe Brady (Pat) of Bardstown; and his pet Chloe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
