He was predeceased by: his stepfather Ed Andrake. He is survived by: his parents, James Amburgey and Nancy Andrake (Brown); his sons, Justin Amburgey (Makenzie), Jordan Amburgey (Tessa), Sean Amburgey and Jackson Amburgey; his grandchildren, Isabella, Ellis Amburgey, Forest Amburgey, Greyson, Reighlynn Wood and Baby Amburgey; his sister Misty Gardner (Shawn); and his nieces, Peyton Russell and Ava Gardner. He is also survived by extended family & friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
