He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Spalding and Irene Spalding; and his siblings, Bobby Spalding, Martin Spalding and Dolores Mudd.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mark Spalding (Rita) of Bardstown, Jean King (Rick) of Bardstown, Brad Spalding (Marti) of Springfield, Carmel Lewis (Ronald) of Bloomfield, Anna Gordon of Bardstown and Herman Spalding (Veda) of Bardstown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
