He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jimmy" Ice and Aline Jury Ice; and his sisters, Martha Ann Simpson, Elaine Hamilton and Ellen Marie Ice.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Blanford (Rob) of Bardstown, Jennifer Reid (Chuck) of Bardstown, Patricia Ice (Travis) of Bardstown and Sheila Fegett (Billy) of Myrtle Beach, SC; his sisters, Betty Williams of Cox's Creek and Jan Terrell (Robert) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Devin Ice (Janna), Devan Reid (Ashley), Alex Reid, Tristan Jones, Dylan Fegett, Katelyn Blanford and Taylor Jones; and his great grandchildren, Ainslee, Anniston and Eli.
