It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie Lee Breeding of Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on January 26, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jackie Lee farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jackie Lee is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Breeding and Elizabeth Keeling Breeding; his wife Eva Maybelle Holt Breeding; and his brother Elvin Elwood "Red" Breeding. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Breeding II (Donna) of Bardstown, Jennifer Maddox of Bardstown and Allison Dones of Bardstown; and his siblings, Michael Anthony Breeding of Lexington and Pamela Joyce Breeding of Springfield. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1475 New Shepherdsville Rd, Bardstown, KY 40004). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
