With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iva Lee Smith Call of Bardstown, Kentucky, who passed away on May 30, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry B. Smith and Pearl Smith; her husband John Call; her son Dr. J. Larry Call; her son-in-law Rev. Victor J. Stansbury; her great grandchild Daniel Mason Call; and her siblings, Velma Barnes and Carlos Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Joan Call Stansbury of Hendersonville, TN, David Call of Bardstown and Ron Call (Linda) of Polk City, FL; and her grandchildren, Michael Call, Dwayne Call, Neysa Call, Vickie Stansbury Thompson, Chris Stansbury, Jon Stansbury, Lance Call, Lyndsey Call, Taylor Nalley, Tyler Nalley, Jacob Call and Clayton Call. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, and her special friends.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Nelson County.
