He was predeceased by: his grandparents, David and Polly Johnson. He is survived by: his parents, Todd Johnson and Lee Margaret Johnson of Bardstown; his sisters, Edie Patagundi (Vip), Bess Johnson and Annie Johnson; and his grandparents, Jerry and Joy Janes of Bardstown. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
